general terms OF MEMBERSHIP

Your membership to the Website is ongoing and will be automatically renewed unless you cancel your membership prior to the commencement of the next membership billing period. You can cancel your membership by following the prompts on the Website.

Membership fees may be changed by us at any time and will apply from the beginning of the next membership billing period.

From time to time we will send electronic mail to you regarding developments to the Website and the Service and to services and products offered by third parties. You may elect to unsubscribe to such electronic mail at any time by following the prompts.

If you contravene any of these terms and conditions we will be entitled to cancel your embership and restrict your access to the Service whilst retaining the balance of any membership fees. If we cancel your membership and restrict your access to the Service when you are not in contravention of these terms and conditions, we will refund to you the balance of your membership fees, on a pro rata basis, which will be your sole and exclusive remedy against us for restricting your access to the Service.
